Oh god it's finally done.
My 30 page alternate-reality Paradise Lost fanfic is done.
And I managed to resist the urge to write Satan/Beelzebub slash. Truly God walked with me on this one (or something). I'm honestly not sure if this will make any sense whatsoever to anyone who hasn't read Paradise Lost and The Marriage of Heaven and Hell and The Bible and Random Apocryphal Texts That Only Like Two Other People Know About, but I'm pretty proud of it, overall, and you can at least enjoy the pretty picture at the beginning.
That's the end of the show, folks. Normal posting will resume Tuesday. I need Monday morning for drinking and Monday evening for drinking myself into a coma, after all.

This series of articles is an attempt to play through The Canon of videogames: your Metroids, your Marios, your Zeldas, your Pokemons, that kind of thing.
Except I'm not playing the original games. Instead, I'm playing only remakes, remixes, and weird fan projects. This is the canon of games as seen through the eyes of fans, and I'm going to treat fan games as what they are: legitimate works of art in their own right that deserve our analysis and respect.
